Crown Heights Senior Residence is a new construction project of 144 units of housing in Brooklyn, NY. The project was financed through a public/private partnership that included tax exempt bonds, city subsidies and supported by a private lender. Crescent is successfully administering the compliance with Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages, Section 3, MWBE as well as Workforce Initiatives. The project achieved 55% compliance on the M/W/LBE contracting requirement and over 60% participation for Minority and Woman workforce as well as full compliance with Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wages. The General Contractor for this project was a joint venture between Procida Construction and Brisa Builders, a Local and Minority-Owned Contractor.
