Crescent managed and successfully achieved the goals set in place by the NYC Housing Preservation & Development Authority’s and Lower Manhattan Development Corporation’s M/WBE and Workforce Programs on this 35 story mixed-use building located in lower Manhattan. Crescent worked hand in hand with the General Contractor, HRH Construction and the Trade Contractor’s to help achieve the $41,706,545.00 awarded to M/WBE Subcontractors and comply with the Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wage requirement.
