Crescent is the Independent Monitor of Tutor Perini Corp. monitoring compliance and utilization of M/WBE enterprises and workforce on the NYS Thruway Authority Tappan Zee Bridge projects. Crescent performs audits and investigations, prepares monthly supplier payment records, conduct monthly interviews of minority and women workforce on the project site, conduct interviews of M/WBE subcontractors to ensure their commercial function, develop Corrective Action reports and coordinate Monthly Compliance meetings to discuss all EEO/AA, Training and M/WBE concerns related to the project, assess compliance by Tutor Perini Corp. with all M/WBE requirements, goals and guidelines and analyze subcontractors reports, among other duties.
