Gateway Center Properties Phase II, LLC has commenced construction on Gateway Center Brooklyn Phase II, an approximately 605,000 square foot, Class-A retail center located in the East New York / Spring Creek area of Brooklyn, New York. The Project is directly adjacent to Gateway Center Brooklyn Phase I, a shopping center developed and opened by Related in 2002 which is anchored by Target, Home Depot, and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
